Graphy Alternatives in India (2026): 7 Platforms Compared on Real Costs

Looking for Graphy alternatives in India? The strongest options in 2026 are Peerseek, TrainerCentral, Learnyst, TagMango and Exly, and which one is cheapest depends almost entirely on how much you sell. Graphy's entry plan is ₹24,999 a year plus a 10% cut of every sale, so a creator doing ₹10 lakh a year in course sales pays about ₹1.25 lakh to the platform before anything else.
Almost every page ranking for this search is written by a platform that wants you to switch to it. So is this one. We build Peerseek. What is different here is that we did the arithmetic in public, including the exact revenue levels where Peerseek stops being the cheapest option and four rivals overtake us. Those numbers are below.
Transparency note. Peerseek is our own platform. We priced every competitor from their own public pricing page on 1 September 2026 and linked each one so you can check us. Where a rival is cheaper or better for your situation, we say so and name the crossover point.
Key takeaways
- Graphy's real price is two numbers, not one. ₹24,999/year + 10% per sale on Launch, ₹49,999 + 7.5% on Grow, ₹99,999 + 5% on Rise.
- No Graphy plan is ever cheaper than a flat 5% with no subscription. Rise charges the same 5% commission and adds ₹99,999 on top.
- Below roughly ₹5.3 lakh a year in sales, the cheapest commission-only platform wins. A fixed annual fee has too little revenue to spread across.
- Above ₹5.3 lakh, TrainerCentral Starter (₹14,000/year, 0% commission) costs less than Peerseek's 5%. Above ₹15.9 lakh, so does Learnyst Essential.
- Graphy genuinely wins on three things: branded Android and iOS apps, selling internationally in multiple currencies, and built-in email marketing. If you need those, the ₹24,999 is buying something real.
Why Indian creators look for a Graphy alternative
Graphy is an Unacademy Group company that acquired Spayee for $25 million in 2021 and folded the Spayee brand into Graphy in March 2025. It is a capable platform with a long track record and large creators on it. The complaints that push people to look elsewhere are consistent, and they are structural rather than about quality:
The fee stacks. You pay the annual plan whether you sell or not, and then you pay a percentage on top. Most creators weigh the ₹1,999/month headline against a rival's monthly fee and forget the 10% entirely. On ₹10 lakh of sales that 10% is four times larger than the subscription.
The cheapest plan carries the highest commission. Launch is the plan a new creator buys, and it is the one that takes 10%. Getting to Graphy's 5% rate costs ₹99,999 a year.
You pay before you earn. A creator validating a first course has no revenue yet, and ₹24,999 is a real barrier when you do not know if the course will sell.
iOS is an add-on. Graphy's pricing page footnotes that the iOS app is a paid add-on. Both Android and iOS come bundled only on Rise, at ₹99,999 a year.
None of this makes Graphy a bad product. It makes it a product priced for a business that already has revenue, which is exactly the fork in the road this article is about.

| Plan | Annual price | Transaction fee | Notably includes |

| Grow | ₹49,999 | 7.5% per sale (min ₹10) | AI sales and support agents, 2 concurrent live sessions, remove Graphy branding, 10,000 emails/month |

| Unlimited | Custom | Custom | Enterprise onboarding and migration |
Graphy's own FAQ states the fee is "a flat 10% revenue share or Rs. 10 whichever is higher for all types of offerings", and that there is a 7-day no-questions refund window on the subscription.
The 7 best Graphy alternatives in India
1. Peerseek, best for solo creators under about ₹5.3 lakh a year
Cost: ₹0 fixed, 5% per sale. The payment gateway fee comes out of our 5%, not your payout, so you receive 95% of the sticker price.
Peerseek is a creator monetisation platform rather than a pure LMS. Courses sit alongside 1:1 consultations, webinars and cohorts up to 250 seats, digital products and a link-in-bio storefront, all under the same single 5%.
The course product is a real one, not a video folder. You build a curriculum tree of sections and lessons, where a lesson can be video, a PDF or file, a rich-text page or an auto-graded quiz, with downloadable attachments. Videos are never served as plain files: they are transcoded into AES-128 encrypted HLS and streamed under short-lived, device-bound, watermarked playback sessions. Buyers get a permanent classroom with per-lesson progress and resume, creator announcements, and an optional certificate with a public verification page once every lesson is complete. Access is lifetime or time-boxed, and coupons, discounts and free enrolment all work.
Where it wins: anyone whose bottleneck is proving the course sells before paying for infrastructure, and anyone selling more than one thing (calls plus a course plus a template pack) who does not want three subscriptions. We go deeper on that in how to sell an online course in India without a subscription.
Where it loses honestly: no branded mobile app, no custom domain (you get peerseek.io/yourname), no email marketing broadcasts, no affiliate program, and INR only, so no international selling. If any of those five is a requirement, one of the platforms below is a better buy than we are.
2. TrainerCentral, cheapest once you cross about ₹5.3 lakh a year
Cost: Free plan (3 courses, 10 active learners). Starter ₹1,166.67/month billed annually, which is ₹14,000 a year. Professional ₹2,916.67/month billed annually, ₹35,000 a year. Zero transaction fee on all paid plans. Verified on trainercentral.com/pricing.html with the INR toggle selected.
This is Zoho's course platform, and at ₹14,000 a year with 0% commission it is the cheapest serious option in this list for a creator with steady revenue. Starter gives unlimited courses and learners, a live virtual classroom for up to 50 participants, graded tests, certificates, a drip scheduler, discussion forums, breakout rooms, a website builder and multi-currency support.
The catch to read carefully: you connect your own payment gateway, so Razorpay's 2% + GST is on you. That is the number our break-even table below uses. The free plan also meters "active learners" at 10 per billing month, which is a hard ceiling, not a soft one.
3. Learnyst, best for exam prep and anti-piracy
Cost: Essential ₹3,499/month, Professional ₹8,999/month, Premium ₹14,999/month, Plus ₹49,999/month, all plus taxes, with 0% transaction fees. Verified on learnyst.com/pricing.
Learnyst is the pick if your content gets pirated or your learners are competitive-exam aspirants. DRM content protection and a website firewall run across the plans, and the test engine has templates for UPSC, CA, CAT, IIT, GATE, GMAT and banking. Note that the strongest protection, L1 DRM, sits on the top Business tier alongside branded Android and iOS apps, which are published under Learnyst's developer account on an annual commitment.
The catch: ₹3,499/month is ₹41,988 a year before taxes, and you still run your own gateway. That is a meaningful floor if you are not selling yet.
4. TagMango, best if you want zero fixed fee with a community layer
Cost: Basic is zero fixed fee + 10% commission, and TagMango states that commission includes the Indian payment gateway. Pro ₹5,000+GST/month + 5.5%. Advanced ₹15,000+GST/month + 3.5%. Ultimate ₹30,000+GST/month + 0% commission (lowest Indian gateway charge 1.5%). Verified on tagmango.com/pricing.
TagMango's commission-only Basic plan is the closest structural match to Peerseek, at double the rate. It caps at 200 students and 20GB of course storage, and unlocking your own custom domain requires the "Freedom Setup" fee of ₹24,999+GST a year. Higher tiers add community channels, gamification, affiliates, no-cost EMI and WhatsApp automation, which is TagMango's real differentiator. We broke their plans down in full in TagMango alternatives in India.
5. Exly, best for coaches running sessions and courses together
Cost: Starter is free with 10% commission. Pro ₹2,500/month (₹30,000 billed annually) + 6%. Premium ₹9,000/month (₹1,08,000 a year) + 3%. Verified on exlyapp.com/pricing.
Read this before you pick Starter: "Host Recorded Courses with built-in LMS" is a Pro feature. The free Starter plan sells digital products, consultations and sessions, but recorded courses start at ₹30,000 a year plus 6%. Add-ons are priced separately and add up fast: mobile app ₹60,000/year, white-labelled branding ₹20,000/year, Zoom for large sessions ₹18,000/year, custom website ₹60,000/year.
6. Classplus, best for coaching institutes moving offline to online
Classplus is built around the workflows an Indian coaching centre actually runs: batches, attendance, fee collection, multiple teachers, a branded app. If you are an institute rather than a solo creator, it is the closest fit on this list.
We could not verify Classplus pricing. They do not publish it publicly, and every figure circulating in comparison blogs is second-hand. Treat any number you read, including in this article's competitors, as unconfirmed until you get a quote in writing that spells out the subscription, the per-feature activation charges and the live-class credits.
7. Kajabi, Teachable and Thinkific, best if your buyers are outside India
Kajabi's Basic plan is $143/month billed annually ($179 month to month). Thinkific's Start plan is $109/month billed monthly or $82/month billed annually. Teachable runs $39/month on Starter with a 7.5% transaction fee, $89 on Builder and $189 on Growth, both at 0%. All verified on their own pricing pages, 1 September 2026.
These are excellent products with the deepest marketing toolsets in the category. For a purely Indian audience they are usually the wrong buy: you are paying US-dollar subscriptions that come to roughly $1,000 to $1,700 a year before you sell anything, and Indian UPI-first checkout is not their native strength.
Total cost compared, side by side
The scenario: a solo creator selling ₹10,00,000 of courses in a year. Where a platform charges 0% commission, we add Razorpay's standard 2% + 18% GST (2.36%) because you run your own gateway on those plans. Subscription GST is excluded so the list prices stay comparable.
| Platform and plan | Fixed cost | Commission | Gateway | Total to platform | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TrainerCentral Starter | ₹14,000 | ₹0 | ₹23,600 | ₹37,600 | ₹9,62,400 |
| Peerseek | ₹0 | ₹50,000 | included | ₹50,000 | ₹9,50,000 |
| Learnyst Essential | ₹41,988 | ₹0 | ₹23,600 | ₹65,588 | ₹9,34,412 |
| Exly Pro | ₹30,000 | ₹60,000 | included | ₹90,000 | ₹9,10,000 |
| TagMango Basic | ₹0 | ₹1,00,000 | included | ₹1,00,000 | ₹9,00,000 |
| Graphy Launch | ₹24,999 | ₹1,00,000 | included | ₹1,24,999 | ₹8,75,001 |
| Graphy Rise | ₹99,999 | ₹50,000 | included | ₹1,49,999 | ₹8,50,001 |
Now the same creator at ₹3,00,000 a year, which is where most people actually start:
| Platform and plan | Total to platform |
|---|---|
| Peerseek | ₹15,000 |
| TrainerCentral Starter | ₹21,080 |
| TagMango Basic | ₹30,000 |
| Exly Pro | ₹48,000 |
| Learnyst Essential | ₹49,068 |
| Graphy Launch | ₹54,999 |
The break-even table: exactly where each rival gets cheaper than 5%
This is the calculation nobody in this category publishes, because for most of them the answer is unflattering. A flat 5% with no subscription costs 0.05 × revenue. A fixed-fee plan costs subscription + (commission + gateway) × revenue. Set them equal and solve.
| Platform and plan | Becomes cheaper than a flat 5% above |
|---|---|
| TrainerCentral Starter (₹14,000/yr, 0%) | ₹5.3 lakh/year |
| Learnyst Essential (₹41,988/yr, 0%) | ₹15.9 lakh/year |
| Exly Premium (₹1,08,000/yr, 3%) | ₹54 lakh/year |
| TagMango Ultimate (₹3,60,000/yr, 1.5% gateway) | ₹1.03 crore/year |
| Exly Pro (₹30,000/yr, 6%) | Never, the commission alone is higher |
| TagMango Basic (₹0, 10%) | Never |
| Graphy Launch, Grow and Rise | Never |
That last row is the finding worth sitting with. Graphy's cheapest commission rate is 5%, identical to Peerseek's, and it arrives attached to a ₹99,999 annual subscription. There is no revenue level at which any Graphy plan costs less than a flat 5% with no subscription. What ₹99,999 buys you on Rise is branded iOS and Android apps, API access, SSO, 15,000 marketing emails a month and a relationship manager. Those are real products. They are just not a discount.
How to choose, in four questions
1. Are you selling in currencies other than INR? If yes, stop here and pick Graphy, Kajabi or Thinkific. Peerseek is INR only.
2. Do you need a branded app in the Play Store or App Store? If yes, Graphy (Rise for iOS), Learnyst or TagMango's Enterprise setup. Peerseek does not have one.
3. Is your annual course revenue above roughly ₹5.3 lakh and predictable? If yes, a 0% commission plan on a fixed fee will beat any percentage model. TrainerCentral Starter at ₹14,000 a year is the cheapest way to do that, and Learnyst is the better product if piracy or exam-prep testing matters.
4. Are you below ₹5.3 lakh, still validating, or selling several things at once? This is where a pure commission model is correct, and where Peerseek is the cheapest of the commission-only options at 5% against TagMango's 10% and Exly's 10%.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Graphy cost in India?+
Graphy's Launch plan is ₹24,999 a year plus a 10% transaction fee per sale. Grow is ₹49,999 a year plus 7.5%, and Rise is ₹99,999 a year plus 5%. All plans bill annually and include a 14-day free trial and a 7-day refund window on the subscription.
Does Graphy take a commission on every sale?+
Yes. Graphy's own FAQ states it takes a flat 10% revenue share or Rs. 10 whichever is higher for all types of offerings on the Launch plan, subject to ongoing offers. That percentage drops to 7.5% on Grow and 5% on Rise, but the annual subscription rises each time.
Which Graphy alternative is cheapest for a new creator in India?+
For a creator earning under roughly ₹5.3 lakh a year, a commission-only platform with no subscription is cheapest, because a fixed annual fee has too little revenue to spread across. Peerseek charges 5% with the payment gateway fee included and no annual fee, against TagMango Basic and Exly Starter at 10% each.
Is there a free Graphy alternative in India?+
Three platforms charge no subscription at all: Peerseek at 5% per sale, TagMango Basic at 10% and Exly Starter at 10%, though Exly's recorded-course LMS needs the ₹30,000/year Pro plan. TrainerCentral is the only one with a genuinely free tier, capped at 3 courses and 10 active learners a month.
Can I move my courses off Graphy?+
Yes. Export your video files, PDFs and learner list from Graphy before cancelling, then rebuild the curriculum on the new platform and re-invite learners by email. Graphy, Learnyst and Exly all offer migration assistance on their higher tiers, which is worth asking about during a demo.
Which platform is best for Indian coaching institutes?+
Classplus and Edmingle are built for institute workflows like batches, attendance, fee collection and multi-teacher management, which creator platforms do not model at all. Learnyst is the strongest choice specifically for competitive exam prep, because of its test engine templates for UPSC, CA, CAT, GATE and banking.
The bottom line
Graphy is priced for a business that already has revenue and wants apps, email marketing and global checkout in one place. If that is you, the ₹24,999 or ₹99,999 buys real capability and this article is not an argument against it.
If you are a solo Indian creator selling in rupees, still proving the course works, or selling calls and templates alongside it, the arithmetic points the other way, and it points there hard. There is no Graphy plan that costs less than a flat 5% with no subscription. Peerseek is free to set up and takes 5% only when you get paid, gateway fee included.
And when you cross roughly ₹5.3 lakh a year, come back to the break-even table. At that point a zero-commission plan starts to win, and we would rather you knew that from us.
