Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the process for requesting refunds on PeerSeek, a platform operated by AscendLink Technologies Private Limited. By using PeerSeek, you agree to this policy and understand that all refund requests are subject to review and approval.

1. Overview

PeerSeek is a marketplace platform where independent creators offer services such as 1:1 video/audio sessions, live webinars, and digital products. We aim to ensure that creators fulfill their commitments. However, we do not guarantee refunds in every case. Refunds will only be issued after a thorough review and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following scenarios:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: The creator fails to attend the scheduled 1:1 connect, does not provide access to a digital product, or does not host a scheduled webinar.
  • Creator-Initiated Cancellations: The creator cancels the session, webinar, or digital product access and requests PeerSeek to initiate a refund.

In all cases, refund requests must be reported within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery time or cancellation notice.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@peerseek.io with the following details:

  • Booking ID or transaction ID
  • Date and time of the session or product access
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Any supporting screenshots or proof

Once we receive your request, our team will review the case within a reasonable timeframe and determine refund eligibility.

4. Discretionary Approval

All refunds are subject to approval by PeerSeek. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund. We assess each case individually and reserve the right to decline requests that:

  • Are submitted after the 12-hour reporting window without justification
  • Involve dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences rather than non-delivery
  • Lack sufficient evidence to support the claim
  • Result from user-side issues such as missed sessions or booking mistakes

Decisions made by AscendLink Technologies Private Limited are final and non-negotiable.

5. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. PeerSeek is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party gateways.
