What is an Instagram MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT connect to other tools. An Instagram MCP server lets your AI work with your Instagram account. Peerseek's server lets it set up and manage Auto DM automations: the DMs that go out when someone comments a keyword, replies to your story or messages you.
What is the Peerseek Instagram MCP server link?

Is it free?
Yes. Instagram Auto DM on Peerseek is free, with no contact cap and no monthly DM cap, and connecting it to Claude or ChatGPT costs nothing extra. Peerseek only charges 5% if you sell something through Peerseek, which is optional.
Can ChatGPT connect to Instagram?
Yes, through an MCP server. Add Peerseek's server link to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server and sign in, and ChatGPT can set up and manage your Instagram Auto DM automations. Claude works the same way as a custom connector.
Are MCP servers safe to connect to my Instagram?
It depends on how they connect. Avoid servers that ask for your Instagram password or browser cookies. Peerseek's server uses Meta's official API, signs you in through Peerseek instead of handing your AI a key, shows every change before saving it, and can be paused or disconnected at any time.
Can the AI DM anyone it wants?
No. Auto DM only replies to people who interacted with you first: a comment, a story reply or a DM. It never cold-messages strangers, which is what Instagram allows and what keeps accounts safe.
Will it change things without asking me?
No. Before any automation is created, changed or deleted, you see exactly what will change and say yes. In ChatGPT a preview card with a Confirm button shows up as well. You can also connect an app as view only.
Do I need an Instagram Business or Creator account?
Yes. Meta's official Instagram API only works with professional accounts. Switching is free in the Instagram app and takes about a minute.
Do I need an API key or a Meta developer account?
No. You sign in to Peerseek, connect Instagram once through Meta's official login, and the AI uses that connection. Developers who run their own agent can create an agent key on peerseek.io instead.
Does ManyChat have an MCP server?
We could not find an official ManyChat MCP server as of October 2026. ManyChat users are asking for one in ManyChat's own community, and community-built servers exist that connect with your ManyChat API key. Peerseek's server is hosted and built in, and Auto DM itself is free.
Is there an official Instagram MCP server from Meta?
We are not aware of one. Peerseek's server talks to Instagram only through Meta's official Instagram API, the same channel Meta's partners use, never through your password or browser cookies.
Does it work outside India?
