Automation that keeps your account safe.
Instagram bans accounts that use unofficial bots: tools that ask for your password or DM strangers. Auto DM does neither. It runs on Meta's official Instagram API and follows Instagram's messaging rules to the letter.
Official Meta API only
Auto DM is built on Instagram's official messaging API, the approved and documented channel. No browser bots, no scrapers, no grey-area hacks.
Never your password
You connect via Instagram's own secure OAuth login. PeerSeek never sees, asks for, or stores your Instagram password.
Reply-only, like Instagram wants
DMs go only to people who engage with you first: a comment, story reply, or message. No cold DMs, no spam, nothing that trips Instagram's systems.
Safe retries
If Instagram does not respond in time, Auto DM retries only when a retry cannot send the same message twice.

Free means free. Not 25 contacts.
Most "free" DM automation tools cap contacts or monthly DMs, then charge in dollars the moment a reel takes off. Going viral should be a win, not a bill. For the full breakdown, see every Instagram auto DM tool compared or the ManyChat alternatives list.

Questions, answered
How much does Instagram Auto DM cost?
Nothing. Instagram Auto DM is free, always, with no contact limits, no DM caps, and no subscription. It comes complimentary with your PeerSeek account.
Is Instagram auto DM safe? Will my account get banned?
Auto DM runs on Meta's official Instagram API, the same approved channel used by Meta partners. It only replies when someone interacts with you first (a comment, story reply, or DM). That is exactly what Instagram allows. What gets accounts banned are unofficial bots that ask for your password or send cold DMs to strangers. Auto DM never does either.
Do I need to share my Instagram password?
No, and that matters. You connect through Instagram's official secure login (OAuth), the same way you'd log into any Meta-approved app. PeerSeek never sees or stores your Instagram password. Any tool that asks you to type your password into their site is one to avoid.
How is this different from ManyChat?
ManyChat's free plan is limited to 25 contacts (reduced from 1,000 in March 2026), so one popular reel can exhaust it in a day, after which you pay from $17/month, billed in USD. PeerSeek Auto DM is free with no contact limits, and instead of just capturing leads it connects them straight to your paid consultations, webinars, and digital products with payments via Razorpay.
Then what is the 5% for?
Auto DM itself is free. The flat 5% transaction charge only applies when you earn from a paid product like a consultation, webinar, or digital product. No earning, no charge.
Do I need an Instagram Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram's official API only works with professional accounts (Business or Creator). Switching is free and takes about a minute in your Instagram settings, and it also unlocks Instagram's own analytics for you.
How long does setup take?
Around 5 minutes. You securely connect your Instagram account, set up a few response templates, and switch it on. It then runs 24/7 in the background.
Can I auto DM people who comment on my reels?
Yes. Comment-to-DM works on posts, reels, and story replies. Ask followers to comment a keyword like "INFO" or "LINK" and Auto DM instantly sends them your booking page, webinar registration, or product link in a personal DM.
I already use ManyChat or another tool. Can you migrate my automations?
Yes, for free. PeerSeek's team will recreate your existing automations (keywords, comment-to-DM flows, story replies, and templates) from ManyChat or any other platform at no cost. Share your setup via the contact page and most migrations are completed within a day.
