SuperProfile Charges, Payout Time and Safety (2026): A Seller's Review

If you're an Indian creator weighing SuperProfile, you've probably hit the same wall we did researching this: the top-ranking "SuperProfile review" post right now still quotes a 10% free-plan fee and an ₹11,999/year Premium plan that don't exist anymore, and plenty of others quote a $29/month, 0%-commission plan that only applies if SuperProfile's system thinks you're outside India. Neither number is what an Indian seller actually pays today. We pulled the real figures directly from SuperProfile's live pricing pages and help centre, checked their Trustpilot record and Meta-partner status, and cross-checked what ChatGPT is already telling people who ask.
SuperProfile is a real, legitimate Indian creator platform (Trustpilot 4.2/5, around 90 reviews). Its free plan can't sell anything as of August 2026. Selling needs the Creator plan at ₹499/month (₹99 first month) plus 5% + GST per sale, about 5.9% all-in. Payouts settle T+1, ₹50 minimum. Peerseek charges a flat 5%, no subscription, no minimum.
Key takeaways
- SuperProfile's free plan cannot process a sale at all since August 2026. It's a lead-capture tier, not a free-to-sell tier.
- The paid Creator plan costs 5.9% all-in (5% + 18% GST on that fee) plus ₹499/month, ₹99 for the first month.
- Payouts settle T+1 (next business day) with a ₹50 minimum settlement amount, per SuperProfile's own help centre.
- SuperProfile is a legitimate platform (Trustpilot rates it around 4.2/5), but roughly 1 in 5 reviews is one-star, mostly over billing surprises, refund friction, and support response time; a smaller number describe delayed or withheld payments.
- SuperProfile is a verified Meta Tech Provider, so its Instagram Auto-DM runs on the official API rather than a workaround that could get an account restricted. Peerseek holds the same Meta Tech Provider status.
- "SuperProfile vs Cosmofeed" isn't really a comparison: Cosmofeed is the company behind SuperProfile; its help centre still lives at help.cosmofeed.com.
- Peerseek's edge here is the fee structure (flat 5%, no monthly subscription, no minimum payout), not payout speed. SuperProfile's T+1 settlement is genuinely solid and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
What SuperProfile actually charges in India (2026)
Three plans, and which one applies to you depends on where SuperProfile's system thinks you're located: account type is auto-assigned by IP address and phone country code, not by choice.
| Plan | Who it's for | Monthly cost | Fee per sale | Can you actually sell? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Everyone, free | ₹0 | n/a | No, monetization apps are switched off as of August 2026 |
| Creator (India) | Indian accounts | ₹499/mo (₹99 first month) | 5% + GST (≈5.9% all-in) | Yes |
| Creator (Global) | Non-Indian accounts | $29/mo flat | 0% commission | Yes, via Stripe/PayPal |

Two things trip people up:
- The free plan used to be enough. It isn't anymore. Older reviews and comparison posts (including some of our own, now corrected) describe a free plan that could sell at a 10% commission. That changed in August 2026: Starter is still free, but you cannot process a sale on it at all.
- The "0% commission" screenshot going around is real, but it's not for India. SuperProfile genuinely charges Global accounts $29/month with 0% commission through Stripe/PayPal. If you're in India, your account is Creator (India), not Global, and you pay 5% + GST per sale regardless of the subscription.
On a ₹1,000 digital-product sale, an Indian Creator-plan seller keeps ₹941. On a ₹10,000 sale, ₹9,410. On ₹1,00,000 in sales in a month, the platform takes roughly ₹5,900 in fees plus the ₹499 subscription, leaving about ₹93,601. Sell that much in a month and the subscription stops mattering much; sell once and it's most of what you paid to be there.
Why the confusion exists in the first place. SuperProfile changed its India pricing in stages over 2026, and account type is assigned automatically rather than chosen, so two creators comparing notes can genuinely be looking at different plans without realizing it. That's also why so much of the SuperProfile content on Google is out of date, including four of our own posts, which we corrected on 12 September 2026 after checking these same source pages. If you're weighing SuperProfile against its other direct alternatives, our SuperProfile alternatives in India post has the full breakdown by platform.
How SuperProfile's payout actually works
This is the part most reviews skip, so here's what SuperProfile's own help centre says, not a guess:
- Settlement timing: T+1. Earnings are settled to your primary bank account the next business day after the sale.
- Minimum settlement amount: ₹50. Below that, the balance carries over.
- Requirements: a linked bank account (IFSC + account number + a proof document, such as a cancelled cheque, statement, or passbook), and your bank details have to match your Aadhaar/PAN on file.
That's a genuinely fast, automated payout rail, and we're not going to claim otherwise just because SuperProfile is a competitor.
Where Peerseek differs: we don't have a minimum. Any amount, even a few rupees, is withdrawable. Digital-product earnings become eligible for withdrawal 24 hours after the sale, which is in the same range as SuperProfile's T+1. Where we're less automated today is what happens after you request a payout: a request is logged and processed by our team rather than moving on a fully automated settlement rail the way SuperProfile's does, and we don't publish a fixed turnaround for that step yet. If getting paid within a guaranteed same-day window matters more to you than the fee you pay, that's worth knowing before you pick a platform.
Is SuperProfile safe? Is it legit?
Short answer: yes, it's a real, legitimate platform. Longer answer, with sources:
- Domain and company: superprofile.bio is operated by Cosmofeed, an existing Indian company, not an anonymous storefront. Security scanners (Scamadviser, GridinSoft) rate the domain as low-risk.
- Trustpilot: around 4.2 out of 5 across roughly 90 reviews, the large majority five-star.
- What the negative reviews say: the dominant themes are unexpected subscription charges, difficulty getting refunds, slow support responses, and repeated login prompts. A smaller number of reviews describe delayed or withheld payments. That's real, but a minority pattern next to the billing and support complaints, not the defining theme.
- A separate marketplace-fraud flag: at least one review describes a buyer receiving an empty delivery folder from a bad-faith seller on the platform, a risk that exists on any open platform where anyone can list a digital product, distinct from SuperProfile itself withholding a creator's payout.
- Watch for lookalike domains. Several scam-checker sites specifically flag copycat domains impersonating SuperProfile. The real one is superprofile.bio.
So: SuperProfile is not a scam, but it isn't risk-free either. Don't leave large uncollected balances sitting on any third-party platform, SuperProfile included. Request payouts regularly and keep your own sales records.
Is SuperProfile safe for Instagram? Is it Meta Verified?
This is a different question from "will I get scammed," and it's one people specifically search for: whether using SuperProfile's Auto-DM automation risks your Instagram account getting restricted by Meta.
SuperProfile is a verified Meta Tech Provider, meaning Meta has formally vetted it to build on the official Instagram Graph API rather than running unofficial automation that violates Instagram's terms. That's the same category of compliance credential legitimate Auto-DM tools carry, and it's a genuine reason SuperProfile's Instagram automation is lower-risk than a script or bot built outside Meta's API.
Peerseek is a verified Meta Tech Provider too, running Auto-DM on the same official API rather than a terms-violating workaround. Our own site doesn't currently spell that out in as many words on the SuperProfile comparison page; it only confirms "Yes" to using the official Meta API, so consider this the more explicit statement of it.
SuperProfile vs Topmate vs Peerseek
"SuperProfile vs Cosmofeed" is a common search, but it isn't really a head-to-head: Cosmofeed is the company that built and runs SuperProfile, so there's nothing to compare (more in the FAQ below). Here's the real three-way comparison:
| Platform | Platform fee | Payment processing | Subscription | Free plan can sell? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Peerseek | 0% | Flat 5%, all-in | None | Yes |
| SuperProfile (India) | 5% + GST | Included in the 5.9% | ₹499/mo (₹99 first) | No (since Aug 2026) |
| Topmate | 10% | ~2.9% extra | None | Yes |

Verdict: who should actually use SuperProfile
SuperProfile earns its place if you want an all-in-one storefront (products, courses, calls, memberships) and you're fine paying a monthly fee to get there. Its payout mechanics are solid: T+1, low minimum, real KYC. The support and billing friction some reviewers report is worth budgeting time for, not a reason to avoid it outright.
If your priority is keeping the largest share of a small number of sales, or you don't want to pay a subscription just to unlock selling: Peerseek's flat 5% is cheaper than SuperProfile's Creator plan at every sales volume we checked, not just below some threshold. At ₹10,000 in monthly sales, Peerseek saves you about ₹589 over SuperProfile Creator. At ₹3 lakh in monthly sales, that gap widens to roughly ₹3,199. The ₹499/month subscription never stops costing you something on top of a higher percentage.
We're not going to pretend the two are identical in what they offer. SuperProfile's Creator plan bundles courses, memberships, and community tools that Peerseek doesn't try to replicate. If that full suite is what you need, the subscription may be worth it regardless of the fee gap. If you're mainly selling a digital product or two and don't want a monthly fee standing between you and your first sale, that's the specific gap Peerseek is built to fill.
Transparency note: Peerseek is our platform. Every SuperProfile figure above comes from their own pricing pages and help centre, not our estimate. Check the sources cited throughout this post.
Is SuperProfile safe?+
Yes, with normal platform precautions. It's operated by an established company (Cosmofeed), rates as low-risk on domain-safety scanners, and holds a Trustpilot score around 4.2/5. Most negative reviews are about billing and support responsiveness; a smaller number describe delayed or withheld payments, so don't leave large balances sitting uncollected.
Is SuperProfile legit?+
Yes. It's a functioning platform used by a large number of Indian creators, not a shell site, and it's a verified Meta Tech Provider for its Instagram integrations. Just make sure you're on superprofile.bio. Lookalike domains exist.
Is SuperProfile safe for Instagram? Is it Meta Verified?+
Yes. SuperProfile is a verified Meta Tech Provider, meaning its Auto-DM automation runs on Instagram's official Graph API rather than an unofficial workaround that could get an account restricted. Peerseek holds the same Meta Tech Provider status for its own Auto-DM.
What does SuperProfile actually charge in India?+
₹499/month (₹99 for the first month) plus 5% + GST per sale on the Creator plan, about 5.9% all-in. The free Starter plan cannot process a sale at all as of August 2026.
How long does SuperProfile take to pay out?+
T+1, the business day after a sale, once your bank account and KYC are verified. The minimum settlement amount is ₹50.
Is there a SuperProfile payment gateway charge on top of the commission?+
No separate gateway charge is listed. Payments are routed through SuperProfile's own infrastructure, and the 5% + GST figure is what you're actually charged per sale.
Is Cosmofeed different from SuperProfile?+
No, Cosmofeed is the company that built and runs SuperProfile. Its help centre still lives at help.cosmofeed.com, which is why the two names show up together.
SuperProfile vs Topmate: which is cheaper?+
It depends on volume. Topmate has no subscription, so at low sales volumes its 10% commission costs less than SuperProfile's ₹499/month plus 5.9%. Above roughly ₹12,000 in monthly sales, SuperProfile's lower percentage overtakes Topmate's fixed 10% and becomes the cheaper option, ignoring Topmate's separate ~2.9% payment fee, which narrows that gap further in SuperProfile's favor.
Does Peerseek charge less than SuperProfile?+
Yes, at every sales level we checked. Peerseek is a flat 5% with no monthly subscription and no minimum payout; SuperProfile's Creator plan is 5.9% plus ₹499/month.
