Calendly Alternative for Paid Consultants in India (2026)

The best Calendly alternative for a paid consultant in India is a tool that takes rupees and UPI from your client. Zyncro, calenq, DaySchedule and Zoho Bookings (Premium plan) do it for a fixed fee. Peerseek does it for 5% with no subscription. Cal.com and Google Calendar collect payments only through Stripe, so they cannot take UPI.

Updated 30 September 2026. Every price was read from the vendor's own page that day.

Key takeaways

  • Calendly cannot take rupees. Its help pages list five payment currencies: AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and USD. Payments also need the Standard plan, $10 a month billed yearly (about ₹961) or $12 billed monthly (about ₹1,153), at ₹96.06 to the dollar on 30 September 2026.
  • Three popular picks do not solve it. Cal.com and Google Calendar appointment schedules take payments through Stripe only. Kaien bills you in rupees, but its pricing page lists no way for your client to pay you.
  • Fixed fee or percentage is a volume question. Peerseek's 5% is the cheapest rupee route only below about ₹9,300 a month of bookings. Above that, a fixed-fee Indian scheduler with your own Razorpay account costs less in fees, and the gap widens with volume.
  • Peerseek is not a team scheduler. It sells sessions to your own audience. Google Calendar sync, buffers, invoices and client-side timezones are not live as of 30 September 2026. Calendar sync is planned for this week.
  • The cheapest tool is not always the right one. The last section maps each situation to a tool.

Disclosure: Peerseek (peerseek.io) is an India-first platform where creators sell 1:1 sessions, webinars, courses and digital products. Peerseek publishes this guide and is one of the tools compared. Every figure for the other tools comes from that vendor's own page, dated below.

Who this is for: coaches, consultants, mentors and advisors in India who already sell time by the hour and want clients to pay in rupees before the call. It is not for sales teams that need round-robin routing or CRM sync. For the mechanics of why Calendly fails on INR and UPI, read Calendly Doesn't Support INR or UPI.

What Calendly costs a consultant in India

Calendly's free plan gives you one event type and one calendar connection. That is enough to share a booking link, but not to take payment. Collecting payment at booking needs the Standard plan, which Calendly's pricing page lists at $10 per seat per month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. At ₹96.06 to the dollar on 30 September 2026 that is about ₹961 or ₹1,153 a month.

The plan is only half of it. Calendly does not support UPI or INR payments: as of 30 September 2026 its Stripe and PayPal integrations accept AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and USD only. There is no INR and no UPI on either list. So a Calendly account can book your time, but a client in Pune cannot pay you ₹1,500 for it inside Calendly.

That is why "Calendly alternative" is a payments question for an Indian consultant, not a scheduling one. Every tool below can show free slots. The differences are in what happens when the client has to pay.

The three-question test

Put each Calendly alternative in India through three questions before you look at price.

  1. Can my client pay in rupees, by UPI? A tool that bills you in rupees is not the same as a tool that lets your client pay you in rupees.
  2. Is the client charged before the slot is confirmed? If payment comes after, you are back to chasing screenshots and absorbing no-shows.
  3. What does it cost at my volume? A ₹300 subscription is nothing at ₹50,000 a month and painful at ₹5,000.

The best Calendly alternatives in India, in three groups

Group 1: schedulers that cannot take UPI

Cal.com. The free plan includes Stripe and PayPal payments, which is more than Calendly's free plan offers. But its payment apps are Stripe, PayPal, HitPay and BTCPay Server, and none takes UPI from an Indian client. A request to add Razorpay (GitHub issue #13948) was closed as "not planned", with the maintainers saying Razorpay's API-key requirements are too limiting. Verdict: good scheduler, no rupee route.

Google Calendar appointment schedules. Free with a Google account, and Google's help page says payments work after you connect a Stripe account. Some features need an eligible Google Workspace or Google One subscription. Verdict: fine for free calls, no UPI for paid ones.

Kaien. An India-built scheduler with a free plan (two booking pages) and a ₹199 a month plan, billed in rupees. Its pricing page describes Razorpay checkout for paying Kaien, not for your clients paying you, and lists no client-payment feature. Verdict: cheap in rupees, but not a way to charge your clients.

Group 2: Calendly alternatives with UPI, through Razorpay

These take UPI through your own Razorpay account. That means you complete Razorpay's onboarding yourself, and Razorpay settles to your bank on its own schedule. It also means a gateway fee of about 2% (plus 18% GST on that fee) sits on top of the tool's price.

Zyncro. The free plan has unlimited one-to-one bookings but one event type and no payments. Starter is ₹2,490 a year, Pro is ₹4,990 a year, both plus 18% GST, and the page shows crossed-out higher prices, so treat them as current offers. Payments start on Starter (up to two event types). Pro adds unlimited event types and PDF invoices. Zyncro says it takes no commission on payments.

calenq. A one-time ₹3,500 lifetime price, described on its own page as a limited early-adopter offer, with a 15-day trial. It takes UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, Stripe for foreign clients, and generates GST tax invoices.

DaySchedule. A free plan with one event type. The Professional plan is ₹699 per user per month (the page does not say whether that is billed monthly or yearly) and lists Stripe and Razorpay. Business is ₹1,299.

Zoho Bookings. The free scheduler has no payments. Basic is ₹360 and Premium is ₹540 per user per month billed annually, plus tax (pricing). In Zoho's plan comparison the "Online payments" row is ticked on Premium only, and Zoho documents a Razorpay integration. Verdict: mature, but you pay for Premium to charge anyone.

Group 3: booking, payment and a page in one

Topmate. Per its pricing page, it charges 10% on sales through your own link and 20% on customers it brings from its marketplace, plus payment processing, which its own comparison table lists at 2% to 3%. That is about 12.9% all-in on your own audience. There is no subscription and it has the largest seeker audience in India. Our Topmate alternatives guide covers it in full.

SuperProfile. For Indian sellers its pricing page shows ₹99 for the first month then ₹499 a month, and its help centre says 5% plus GST on sales. It sells more than 1:1 sessions, so it is a wider tool than most consultants need. See SuperProfile alternatives.

Peerseek. 0% platform fee and a 5% transaction charge that includes payment processing, no subscription. You get a booking page, the client pays through Razorpay checkout (UPI included) before the slot is confirmed, and a Google Meet link is created for the session. You do not need your own Razorpay account. The trade-offs are in the section further down.

What each tool costs at three booking volumes

Fees only, before any GST input credit you may claim. Tools that use your own Razorpay account are charged about 2% (Razorpay pricing) plus 18% GST on that fee, which is 2.36%. Subscription prices include 18% GST where the vendor adds it. calenq is spread over its first year. Calendly is included with a Razorpay payment link because it cannot take rupees itself.

Table 2: monthly fees at three booking volumes

Read it plainly. At ₹10,000 a month Peerseek's percentage is about level with the cheapest fixed-fee tools. By ₹30,000 the fixed-fee schedulers are ahead by a few hundred rupees. At ₹1 lakh, the gap is about ₹1,700 to ₹2,400 a month in their favour.

Two things the fee table cannot show. A subscription is charged in a slow month too: at four sessions a month the fixed cost is the same as at forty. And a fixed-fee tool assumes you have already set up and been approved on your own Razorpay account, which is a step Peerseek removes.

What Peerseek does not do yet

Since a fee table can hide the real trade-offs, here is what is and is not in the product on 30 September 2026.

What it does:

  • One booking page per creator, with multiple sessions, prices in rupees, a free discovery call option, coupon codes and an optional struck-through original price.
  • Payment before confirmation. The slot is held for ten minutes while the client pays, and it is confirmed only when the payment succeeds.
  • A Google Meet link created for each session, with the seeker added by email.
  • Up to eight custom questions per session, ten question types, and a message shown in the confirmation email.
  • Clients can book without creating an account. They sign in to open the call link.
  • Clients can request a reschedule. Payments go through Razorpay, and the 5% covers processing.

What it does not do yet:

  • Google Calendar sync. Peerseek does not read your calendar today, so a meeting in your own calendar does not block a slot on your Peerseek page. A confirmed booking reaches you as an email invite. Calendar sync is planned for this week; until you see it in your dashboard, treat it as missing and keep your availability windows tight.
  • Buffers. You cannot add time before or after a session.
  • Client timezones. Slots show in Indian time.
  • Invoices. Peerseek does not issue a GST invoice or receipt for a booking. Zyncro Pro and calenq do.
  • Other currencies. Rupees only. If you bill foreign clients, calenq (Stripe) or a Stripe-based scheduler covers that side.
  • Zoom. Google Meet only.
  • Instant payout. Earnings become withdrawable 24 hours after you mark the session complete, and withdrawals are processed by our team, not instantly to your bank.
  • Client-side cancellation. Clients can request a reschedule, not cancel. Refunds are handled by support.
  • Reminders. One reminder goes out shortly before the session, not a day before.
  • Finding you clients. Peerseek has a public search page, but new profiles are hidden from it by default. Your clients come from your own posts, the same as with Calendly.

If your work runs on a busy shared calendar, a team, or foreign clients, choose one of the fixed-fee schedulers above for now.

Which one to pick

  • You earn under ₹10,000 a month from sessions, or you are just starting. Use a percentage tool. There is nothing to pay in a slow month, and setup is a profile and a price. Peerseek fits if your clients find you on Instagram, LinkedIn or WhatsApp.
  • You earn ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 a month and already run Razorpay. Zyncro Starter or calenq is cheaper on fees and gives you invoices. Read the calenq offer terms first.
  • You earn ₹30,000 or more a month, or you work from a busy shared calendar. A fixed-fee scheduler with your own Razorpay account (Zyncro Pro, Zoho Bookings Premium) costs less and syncs calendars.
  • You want a marketplace to send you clients. Topmate has the audience, at about 12.9% on your own link and 20% on marketplace customers.
  • You already pay for Calendly and only need to take rupees. Keep it for scheduling and send a payment link, but expect no-shows, because the slot confirms before payment.
  • You take clients abroad and in India. Use a Stripe route for foreign clients and a Razorpay route for Indian ones. calenq lists both.

Switch from Calendly in 15 minutes

  1. List your event types and their durations. Note which ones you charge for.
  2. Convert each price to rupees. A "$16" session becomes ₹1,500. Round to a price your clients recognise.
  3. Pick your route from the section above and create your account.
  4. Recreate each session with its price, duration and any intake questions.
  5. Set your available hours. If the tool does not read your calendar, keep hours you can always honour.
  6. Book one test session as a client and pay with UPI. Check the payment and the meeting link.
  7. Change the link in your Instagram bio, LinkedIn featured section and WhatsApp Business profile.
  8. Keep Calendly running until sessions already booked there have passed, then cancel it.

If you choose Peerseek, steps 3 to 6 take about ten minutes: claim your username, add a session with a price, set your weekly hours, and share `peerseek.io/yourname`. Set up a booking page.

FAQ

Is there a better option than Calendly for consultants in India?+

For taking payment, yes. Calendly cannot collect in rupees or UPI. Zyncro, calenq, DaySchedule and Zoho Bookings Premium collect through Razorpay for a fixed fee, and Peerseek collects for 5% with no subscription. The right one depends on your monthly volume and whether you need calendar sync.

Does Calendly work with UPI?+

No. Calendly's payment integrations are Stripe and PayPal, and its help pages list only AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and USD as payment currencies. There is no INR and no UPI. Payments also need the Standard plan or higher, so Indian consultants usually either send a separate Razorpay link or move to a tool that takes UPI.

What does Calendly cost in India?+

The free plan has one event type. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed yearly or $12 billed monthly, about ₹961 or ₹1,153 at ₹96.06 to the dollar on 30 September 2026. Standard is the lowest plan that connects Stripe or PayPal for payments.

What is the cheapest Calendly alternative in India that takes payments?+

On fixed fees, Zyncro Starter at ₹2,490 a year plus GST and calenq at ₹3,500 one time are the lowest listed, before Razorpay's gateway fee. With no fixed cost, Peerseek's 5% is cheapest only below about ₹9,300 of bookings a month, and calenq is cheaper above about ₹11,000.

Are there free Calendly alternatives that collect payments?+

Cal.com's free plan and Google Calendar appointment schedules accept payments through Stripe, which excludes UPI. Zyncro, DaySchedule and Zoho have free plans, but payments start on a paid plan. Peerseek has no subscription and charges 5% only when a paid session is booked.

Calendly vs Topmate: which is better for a solo consultant?+

Calendly is a scheduler with no rupee payments and no audience. Topmate is a creator page with UPI and a marketplace, and charges 10% on your own link plus processing, about 12.9%, and 20% on marketplace customers. If you only need a booking and payment link, a cheaper route usually exists.

Can I import my Calendly events into Peerseek?+

No, there is no import today. You recreate each session with its price, duration and any intake questions, which takes a few minutes per session. Sessions already booked on Calendly stay there until they pass, so keep the account until then.

Try it with your own audience

If your clients find you on Instagram, LinkedIn or WhatsApp and you want them to pay in rupees before the call, set up a Peerseek booking page in about ten minutes. It costs nothing until you earn, and the 5% covers payment processing.

How we checked these numbers

Every price and feature was read on 30 September 2026 in a real browser, from the vendor's own page: Calendly pricing, Calendly Stripe help, Calendly PayPal help, Cal.com pricing, Cal.com payment apps, Cal.com issue 13948, Google Calendar appointment schedules, Zoho Bookings pricing, Zoho plan comparison, Zyncro pricing, calenq, DaySchedule pricing, Kaien pricing, Topmate pricing, SuperProfile India pricing and Razorpay pricing. The dollar figure uses ₹96.06 from a public exchange-rate feed, 30 September 2026.

Where a page does not say something, we say so instead of assuming it: DaySchedule does not state its billing cycle, Zyncro shows crossed-out prices, calenq calls its price a limited offer, and Kaien's pricing page lists no client-payment feature. Table 2 assumes Razorpay at 2% plus 18% GST on the fee for tools that use your own account, and a 12.9% total for Topmate as used in our earlier guides. Peerseek's behaviour was checked against the product itself on the same date. Anything older than the date above has not been rechecked.
