TagMango vs Graphy vs Exly: ₹10,000 Course Costs (2026)

Disclosure: I run Peerseek, which appears in this comparison. Competitor prices come from their own public pages, linked below. The examples are calculations, not results from running a paid course on each platform.

TagMango vs Graphy vs Exly comes down to your course format, expected sales and upfront budget. TagMango Basic starts at a 10% commission with student and storage limits. Graphy starts at ₹24,999 a year plus 10%. Exly lists its recorded-course LMS on Pro at ₹30,000 a year plus 6%.

If you already have people asking to buy your course, the next question is practical: what must you pay to publish it, deliver it and keep selling it?

This guide is for Indian educators and creators launching a recorded course or moving an existing one. It compares published fees and advertised course features. It does not rate teaching quality, support speed or video playback from hands-on testing.

Key takeaways

  • At 20 sales a month of a ₹10,000 course, Peerseek's standard charge is ₹1,20,000 a year. The lowest listed plan-plus-sales-charge calculations are ₹1,74,000 on Exly Pro, ₹1,92,000 on TagMango Pro and ₹2,19,999 on Graphy Rise. Competitor totals exclude applicable GST and extras described below.
  • A free selling plan and a recorded-course learning system are different things. Exly's Starter card mentions selling courses, while its Pro card explicitly includes the built-in LMS. Get the Starter delivery arrangement confirmed before relying on it.
  • TagMango includes domestic gateway processing in Basic, Pro and Advanced commissions, with GST extra. Ultimate now lists ₹35,000 a month and domestic gateway charges from 1.9%.
  • Choose a plan around the features your students need. TagMango lists video DRM on Advanced; Graphy lists it on Launch. A cheap plan without a required feature is the wrong comparison.

A platform subscription is the fixed amount you pay for access to the software. A sales charge is the percentage taken when a learner pays. Payment processing and tax can sit on top, so compare those separately.

TagMango also lists a separate Freedom Setup at ₹24,999 + GST a year for custom-domain branding. Its FAQ says you can start free, so that branding purchase is not included in our unbranded-course examples. Add it if your launch needs it. Source: TagMango's setup pricing and FAQ.

Peerseek uses a simpler standard price: ₹0 subscription and a flat 5% per sale, including payment processing. You can build a course with video, PDF, text and quiz lessons, plus certificates and encrypted, watermarked video. Source: Peerseek Courses.

What does one ₹10,000 course sale cost?

On the entry plans relevant to this example, the percentage portion works out as follows:

Platform and planCharge on a ₹10,000 saleFixed fee to account for separately
TagMango Basic₹1,000 before applicable GST; domestic processing included₹0, without paid branding
Graphy Launch₹1,000 before applicable GST and gateway charges₹24,999/year
Exly Pro₹600 before applicable GST and any additional handling charges₹30,000/year
Peerseek standard pricing₹500, processing included₹0

These are calculations from the linked pricing pages, not four verified settlement statements. On Peerseek, the standard platform charge leaves ₹9,500 from a ₹10,000 purchase, before your own business expenses and tax obligations. The competitor rows need the other stated charges added before you can work out a bank payout.

Graphy's own revenue-share help article, dated 13 March 2025, separates gateway charges and GST from revenue share. That article also describes an older onboarding arrangement, so we use the current pricing page for plan prices rather than adding its old onboarding fee.

Exly's creator terms, section 9, dated 24 March 2023 and still linked from its pricing page, allow handling charges plus applicable GST, payable by the creator or buyer. Its public pages do not establish the exact combined deduction for this course purchase. Ask for a written settlement example that reconciles your plan with those terms.

For a first sale, upfront commitment matters. If your course sells once during the first year, the published base-fee calculation is ₹25,999 on Graphy Launch or ₹30,600 on Exly Pro. TagMango Basic is ₹1,000 before applicable GST, without paid branding. Peerseek is ₹500. That is a launch-budget comparison, not a prediction of how much you will sell.

First-year listed fees for one ₹10,000 course sale: Peerseek ₹500, TagMango Basic ₹1,000, Graphy Launch ₹25,999 and Exly Pro ₹30,600.
Calculated first-year base fees if the course sells once. TagMango branding is excluded; competitor GST and additional processing or handling charges are excluded. Annual subscriptions are counted in full.

What do 20 sales a month cost over a year?

Now assume your ₹10,000 course sells 20 times every month for 12 months. That is 240 purchases and ₹24,00,000 in gross sales. This is a worked scenario, not a forecast or a claim about typical creator income.

We compared the published plans within each platform and selected the lowest base-fee result for this sales level, using plans that explicitly support course delivery. Optional branding, marketing services and apps are excluded. Feature requirements can make a different plan necessary.

Platform and selected planCalculation for 12 monthsListed annual costEquivalent per month
Peerseek standard5% × ₹24,00,000₹1,20,000₹10,000
Exly Pro₹30,000 + 6% × ₹24,00,000₹1,74,000₹14,500
TagMango Pro12 × ₹5,000 + 5.5% × ₹24,00,000₹1,92,000₹16,000
Graphy Rise₹99,999 + 5% × ₹24,00,000₹2,19,999₹18,333.25

Calculations use the TagMango, Graphy and Exly prices checked on 4 November 2026. Competitor amounts are base-fee calculations before applicable GST, unspecified gateway or handling charges and optional purchases. Peerseek's 5% includes processing. These are not equivalent net-payout quotes.

The monthly equivalent is for budgeting. It does not turn Graphy's ₹99,999 annual payment into monthly billing. Exly Pro also lists ₹30,000 billed annually; TagMango Pro is shown at ₹5,000 a month plus GST.

Why Graphy Rise? At this sales level, Launch works out to ₹2,64,999 a year and Grow to ₹2,29,999. Rise is ₹2,19,999, making it the lowest of Graphy's three published tiers in this scenario. Comparing only the entry plan would overstate Graphy's cheapest available base cost.

TagMango Pro costs less than its Basic commission at this revenue level. Basic also lists a 200-student limit, while this example assumes 240 new learners during the year. If your ₹10,000 course needs video DRM, however, TagMango lists that on Advanced: ₹1,80,000 a year plus 3.5% of sales, or ₹2,64,000 before applicable GST in this example. Source: TagMango plan features.

Annual listed costs at 20 monthly sales of a ₹10,000 course: Peerseek ₹1,20,000, Exly Pro ₹1,74,000, TagMango Pro ₹1,92,000 and Graphy Rise ₹2,19,999.
Calculated from ₹24 lakh of annual sales. Lowest listed base-fee plan per platform in the stated scenario; feature parity is not assumed. Competitor GST, unspecified transaction extras and optional purchases are excluded.

Which course features change the decision?

Start with what your learners need to receive after paying. A set of recorded lessons, a scheduled live cohort and an ongoing community create different requirements.

For a recorded course sold to your own Instagram or YouTube audience, Peerseek covers the main delivery steps: publish lessons, collect payment and give learners course access. Its published course features include encrypted video with a learner watermark, quizzes and certificates. Use Peerseek's course page to check that workflow against your curriculum.

If your purchase depends on a branded mobile app, an affiliate programme or international checkout, request a demonstration of that exact requirement. The Peerseek workflow described here is for selling from your own audience through a Peerseek course link; it does not promise those additional services.

Which platform should you choose?

TagMango vs Graphy

For a small launch without paid branding, TagMango Basic avoids Graphy's annual entry subscription. Graphy Launch explicitly lists DRM at its entry tier, while TagMango lists it on Advanced. Choose using the course's protection, learner-capacity and branding requirements, then compare the eligible plans' full charges. TagMango plans · Graphy plans.

Exly vs TagMango

At the 20-sales-a-month scenario, Exly Pro's base-fee calculation is ₹1,74,000 a year against TagMango Pro's ₹1,92,000. Exly's transaction extras still need confirmation; TagMango Pro expressly includes domestic processing before GST. Compare the final written quotes and course workflow, rather than treating that ₹18,000 base-fee difference as guaranteed savings. Exly plans · TagMango plans.

Graphy vs Exly

Graphy Launch has a lower annual entry subscription than Exly Pro, but takes a larger percentage. At ₹24 lakh of annual sales, the selected Exly Pro base calculation is lower than Graphy Rise. Graphy lists DRM on Launch and a branded Android app among core features; ask Exly to demonstrate your protection and app requirements before choosing. Graphy plans · Exly plans.

Where Peerseek fits

Choose Peerseek when you have an audience to sell to, need recorded-course delivery and want ₹0 fixed commitment with a standard 5% processing-inclusive charge. On the 20-sales scenario, that is ₹1,20,000 a year, with no annual subscription to recover before the first buyer arrives. The published feature set includes protected video, several lesson formats and certificates. Source: Peerseek Courses.

When does a subscription beat a flat 5%?

A lower percentage can recover a subscription once sales are high enough. To find that point, divide the annual fixed fee by the difference between 5% and the alternative's variable rate.

Listed-fee crossover = annual fixed fee ÷ (0.05 − alternative variable rate).

PlanListed-fee crossover against 5%Boundary
Exly Premium: ₹1,08,000/year + 3%₹54,00,000 of annual salesBefore applicable GST, handling and any other transaction charges
TagMango Advanced: ₹1,80,000/year + 3.5%₹1,20,00,000 of annual salesDomestic processing included in commission; applicable GST and branding extra
TagMango Ultimate: ₹4,20,000/year + gateway from 1.9%About ₹1,35,48,387 of annual sales at that gateway minimumAn optimistic base-fee calculation; actual gateway rate and extras can move it

These are calculated crossover points using the current Exly and TagMango price lists. They are not confirmed all-in savings thresholds. If an additional percentage charge brings the alternative's variable cost to 5% or above, there is no fee-saving crossover under this formula.

This also explains why a 0% commission headline needs the gateway fee beside it. TagMango Ultimate's new subscription and minimum gateway rate change its arithmetic; an older comparison using ₹30,000 a month and 1.5% no longer describes the current public offer.

Graphy's three listed tiers do not beat a subscription-free 5% on base fees: Launch and Grow have higher percentages, while Rise adds ₹99,999 a year to the same 5%. You may still buy a plan for a specific delivery or marketing feature. That is a separate decision from saving on platform fees. Source: Graphy pricing.

How to launch or move your course

Build the first launch around a course you can deliver and people you can reach. A platform can handle checkout and lessons; the examples above do not assume it supplies buyers.

For the Peerseek route:

  1. Prepare the offer. Write the learner outcome, curriculum, access terms and price. The ₹10,000 price in this guide is an example, not a recommendation for every course.
  2. Create the course. Sign up on Peerseek and add your video, PDF, text or quiz lessons. Preview the order and check that the course matches the sales description.
  3. Check the purchase journey. Review the price, course access and payment options. Peerseek's course page lists UPI, cards and netbanking. Confirm the payout setup required in your account before taking orders.
  4. Share the course link with likely learners. Put it in the relevant YouTube description, Instagram bio or a DM to someone who asked about the course. If YouTube is your main channel, use our paid-course launch guide.
  5. Check the first real purchase. Confirm that the learner can access the lessons and knows how to ask for help. Keep the feedback specific to what you promised to teach.

The lesson formats, payment methods and course-link workflow above are documented on Peerseek Courses. They are not a claim that this comparison completed a paid checkout.

If you are moving an existing course, retain your original files, record current learners' access entitlements and resolve outstanding refunds before changing your public link. Confirm export and import options with both platforms. Nothing in this guide assumes automatic migration or that existing student accounts transfer unchanged.

Quote checklist to copy before you commit:

Please quote for one ₹10,000 recorded course, 20 new learners a month and domestic payments. State the upfront amount and billing period, sales charge, gateway or handling fee, applicable GST, learner and storage limits, video protection, refund deductions and payout timing. Include the price of any required domain, app or delivery add-on. Show one ₹10,000 settlement example.

Frequently asked questions

Which is cheapest: TagMango, Graphy or Exly?+

It depends on sales volume and required features. At 20 monthly sales of a ₹10,000 course for a year, Exly Pro has the lowest published base-fee calculation of the three: ₹1,74,000, before applicable GST and transaction extras. Peerseek's standard processing-inclusive charge for the same sales is ₹1,20,000, with no subscription.

Can I sell a course on TagMango for free?+

TagMango Basic lists no fixed plan fee, a 10% commission including domestic processing before GST, up to 200 students and 20 GB of media. Its custom-domain branding setup is a separate purchase. Video DRM is explicitly listed on Advanced, so check whether Basic meets your course's delivery requirements.

Is Exly Starter enough for a recorded course?+

Exly's Starter card mentions selling courses, but its Pro card explicitly lists a built-in LMS for hosting recorded courses. Ask Exly to show the Starter learner experience and confirm what is included in writing. This comparison uses Pro for recorded-course calculations rather than assuming Starter provides the same delivery.

Does Graphy's transaction fee include payment processing?+

Graphy's pricing page lists the plan subscription and per-sale revenue share. Its older official revenue-share help article treats payment processing and applicable GST as additional charges. Get the current gateway schedule and a settlement example for your account; this guide does not assume one universal processing rate.

Is TagMango Ultimate really 0%?+

The current pricing page lists zero commission, a ₹35,000 monthly subscription plus GST and domestic gateway charges starting at 1.9%. Zero commission therefore does not mean zero variable payment cost. Use your actual gateway rate, required add-ons and applicable GST when comparing it with another platform.

Will switching platforms bring me course buyers?+

A lower fee improves what remains from sales you make; it does not establish demand for the course. This guide assumes you bring your own audience. Before committing to an annual plan, decide who the course helps, how you will reach those learners and what evidence you have that they want it.

Should I choose by course price or monthly revenue?+

Use both. The ticket price determines the charge on each purchase, including any minimum fee. The number of purchases determines how widely you spread a subscription. A ₹10,000 course with one annual buyer has very different platform economics from the same course selling 20 times every month.

For TagMango vs Graphy vs Exly, compare the plans that deliver your actual course, then ask for the complete payment quote. If your priority is publishing a recorded course without an annual bill, Peerseek's ₹0 fixed fee and standard 5% processing-inclusive charge give you a clear starting point.
