Terms and Conditions

By engaging with my services, scheduling consultations, or purchasing digital products, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of my services.

1. Service Provider Overview

I am an independent professional providing guidance, advice, consultation services, and digital products through my profile at https://peerseek.io/akshit. I operate as an individual service provider. All services, consultations, discussions, and digital products are provided independently, and I retain full responsibility for the quality and delivery of these services.

2. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

You may engage with my services solely for lawful purposes. All users must agree not to:

  • Engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of consultation content without my explicit consent
  • Use services or content in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Misrepresent yourself or provide false information when booking services

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements for any activities that violate these terms.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are clearly stated at the time of booking. I reserve the right to modify fees for future bookings with reasonable notice. Payment must be completed prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Additional taxes or processing fees charged by payment platforms are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information and payment details
  • Attending scheduled sessions at the agreed time or providing advance notice for cancellations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during consultations
  • Using any advice or guidance provided at your own discretion and risk

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may be eligible for rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows are non-refundable

Refund Policy:

  • If payment is processed but the service cannot be delivered due to circumstances within my control, a full refund will be issued within 5-30 business days
  • Refunds for other circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • I am not responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions

6. Digital Products

6.1 Products Offered

I may offer digital products such as e-books, templates, guides, video courses, or other digital materials ("Digital Products") for purchase.

6.2 Ownership and Rights

All Digital Products remain my intellectual property. By purchasing a Digital Product, you receive:

  • A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product

I warrant that all Digital Products:

6.4 Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of Digital Products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Exceptions may be made only if:

  • The product was demonstrably misrepresented in its description

9. Confidentiality

10. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party platforms. I am not responsible for:

  • Payment processing delays or failures caused by the platform
  • Security of payment information (handled by payment processors)
  • Additional fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions

11. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting with a new effective date. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of my services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
