Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2025

This Refund Policy describes the process for requesting refunds for services and digital products provided by Akshit Ahuja. By engaging with my services, you agree to this policy and understand that all refund requests are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis.

1. General Refund Philosophy

I am committed to providing high-quality professional services, consultations, and digital products. I aim to ensure clear communication and fulfill all commitments made to clients. However, refunds are not automatically guaranteed in every situation and will only be issued after a thorough review based on the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following scenarios:

2.1 For 1:1 Consultations and Sessions

Service Not Delivered:

  • If I fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice or valid reason
  • If technical issues on my end prevent the session from occurring and I cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe

Session Cancellation by Me:

  • If I cancel a confirmed session without adequate advance notice (less than 24 hours), you are entitled to either a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost

Significant Quality Issues:

  • If the session duration was significantly shorter than agreed upon due to my fault (not due to client choice or technical issues on the client's side)
  • If the session content substantially deviated from what was explicitly promised in the service description

2.2 For Digital Products

Technical Issues:

  • If the digital product is corrupt, non-functional, or inaccessible and I am unable to provide a working version within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours)

Misrepresentation:

  • If the digital product content is demonstrably and significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase
  • If advertised features or components are missing from the delivered product

Note: Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted and the product has been downloaded or accessed, except under the specific circumstances listed above.

2.3 For Webinars and Group Sessions

Cancellation by Me:

  • If I cancel a webinar or group session, participants will receive either a full refund or access to a rescheduled session

Technical Failures:

  • If technical issues on my end prevent the webinar from being delivered and no recording or alternative is provided

Note: Refunds are not typically provided if you simply cannot attend a scheduled webinar, as recordings are often made available.

2.4 Reporting Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of:

  • The scheduled session/delivery time, or
  • The cancellation notice, or
  • Discovering the issue with a digital product

Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email me at ahujaakshit20@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your Full Name: As used during booking
  2. Booking/Transaction ID: Order number or payment reference
  3. Date of Service/Purchase: When the service was scheduled or product was purchased
  4. Reason for Refund Request: Detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  5. Supporting Evidence: Any relevant screenshots, correspondence, or documentation

Once I receive your request, I will review the case within 3-5 business days and communicate my decision via email.

4. Refund Approval Process

All refunds are subject to my review and approval. Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. I assess each case individually and reserve the right to decline requests that:

  • Fall outside the eligible scenarios outlined in Section 2
  • Are submitted after the 12-hour reporting window without valid justification
  • Involve services that were delivered as described and agreed upon
  • Relate to personal preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse after receiving the service/product
  • Are based on vague or unsubstantiated claims without supporting evidence
  • Involve situations where the client was at fault (e.g., no-show without notice, technical issues on client's side)

My decisions regarding refund approvals are final. I strive to be fair and reasonable in all assessments.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

5.1 Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days of approval
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account

5.2 Processing Fees

  • If payment processing fees were deducted during the original transaction, these may not be refundable
  • For international transactions, currency conversion fees are non-refundable

5.3 Limitations

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Banking institutions
  • Third-party payment processors or gateways
  • Payment platform policies
  • International banking procedures

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, I may offer a partial refund if:

  • A portion of the service was delivered satisfactorily
  • The issue affected only part of the product or service
  • A compromise solution is mutually agreed upon

The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Alternatives to Refunds

Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:

  • Rescheduling: For consultations, I may offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
  • Service Credit: A credit toward future services may be offered instead of a cash refund
  • Product Replacement: For digital products with technical issues, I will first attempt to provide a working version
  • Extended Support: Additional follow-up or clarification sessions at no extra charge

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Client no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) without valid emergency reasons
  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with advice or guidance that was delivered as described (subjective opinions)
  • Technical issues on the client's side (internet connectivity, device problems, etc.)
  • Failure to access digital products within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
  • Sharing or attempting to redistribute digital products in violation of terms
  • Services completed more than 30 days ago (unless otherwise agreed)

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. First Step: Reply to the refund decision email with additional information or clarification
  2. Review: I will conduct a secondary review of your case with any new information provided
  3. Final Decision: After secondary review, my decision will be final
